No Shadows
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures

No Shadows
Shadows are made as light is blocked. When there is no light darkness reigns. Yet the darkness is overcome by even the smallest light. A match in a cave allows for sight even if it is dimly lit. Yet the shadows do remain, shifting as the light scatters them. And as long as the light is blocked and hidden the shadows will remain. It is in the shadows where sin and death lurk. They want to stay hidden, to do their evil deeds unseen. Yet every good and perfect gift which we have is given to us not in the shadows but in the light. For the light reveals the truth. And the Father of lights reveals to us the Light of the World in His Son Jesus Christ. A light that no darkness can overcome. His Word has brought us out of the darkness of unbelief and into the light of faith. So now in Christ Jesus, the shadows are gone as death and sin were swallowed by the Light. The steady and unchanging Word of God shines forth into the darkness of our hearts and enlivens us with His truth so that by His grace we can walk in the light of His forgiveness.
